Bomar Construction served as General Contractor for this high-profile amenity complex, delivering a resort-caliber facility that sets the tone for the entire Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach community. The project included a full-service restaurant, state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style pool, expansive pool deck, and multiple sports courts — all completed to the elevated standards the Margaritaville brand demands.
The Latitude Margaritaville Town Center demanded an exceptionally high level of finish quality consistent with a nationally recognized lifestyle brand. The project involved coordinating multiple distinct facility types — food service, fitness, aquatics, and recreation — under one integrated build. Tight scheduling was critical, as the community's residents and sales program depended on this amenity complex opening on time. The commercial kitchen and food service components required specialized MEP coordination, while the aquatics facilities required detailed waterproofing, mechanical, and code compliance planning.

Our proactive approach to long-lead item procurement — particularly for commercial kitchen equipment and pool mechanical systems — prevented the schedule delays that commonly affect this project type.
