City Centre of Palm Coast, Inc. is a landmark mixed-use office and retail development in Palm Coast, Florida — the commercial hub of Flagler County. Bomar Construction served as General Contractor for this multi-tenant professional complex, which houses the Law Offices of Chiumento, Guntharp & Selis PL, the Corporate Offices of Palm Coast Holdings, and the Corporate Offices of ACI, a division of ISO. Delivering a multi-tenant professional office complex requires meeting the distinct build-out requirements of each tenant while maintaining a unified, high-quality exterior and common area presentation. Common areas and the building exterior were prioritized to establish the professional image the tenants required for their client-facing operations.
