Bomar Construction, Inc. was founded in 1980 by Leonard Marinaccio, Jr. and has operated from our South Orchard Street home in Ormond Beach since 1985. We are a family business — Leonard Marinaccio III is now President, while Leonard Jr. remains active as CEO. Our two Vice Presidents and Project Managers have each been with the company for over 30 years.

Our primary business philosophy is to work as a cohesive team with Owners and their Design Professionals — ensuring every owner receives the building they want, in the most cost-effective and time-sensitive manner possible. The majority of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals, which is the ultimate testament to our approach.
