Our Story

A Family Business Built on Integrity

Bomar Construction, Inc. was founded in 1980 by Leonard Marinaccio, Jr. and has been located at our South Orchard Street home in Ormond Beach since 1985. We are a true family business: Leonard Marinaccio III is now majority shareholder and President of the company, while Leonard Jr. remains active as CEO and minority shareholder.

Our two key employees — Vice Presidents and Project Managers — have each been with the company for over 30 years. This continuity of leadership and crew is central to our ability to consistently deliver outstanding results.

The majority of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals, which is the most meaningful measure of our performance. Architects such as RLF and RS&H have worked with us for 30+ years. Clients like Cici & Hyatt Brown have entrusted us with three major projects spanning decades.
