Construction Management is a professional service approach that applies specialized project management techniques to the planning, design, and construction of a project from inception through completion. Bomar provides CM services in two primary modes:

Construction Manager as Builder (CM at Risk)

In this role, Bomar acts as the general contractor under a Construction Manager contract — typically with a Guaranteed Maximum Price — holding all subcontracts and taking responsibility for project delivery.

Construction Manager as Advisor (Owner's Rep)

In this advisory role, Bomar acts as the owner's representative — managing the design and construction process on the owner's behalf without holding trade contracts directly. This is ideal for owners who want full control while leveraging our expertise.
