Eagle Landings Apartments is a 240-unit multi-family residential complex in Daytona Beach, Florida. Bomar Construction served as General Contractor for this large-scale residential development, delivering multiple apartment buildings, two clubhouses, and resort-style pool amenities across the community. The project represents one of the largest multi-family builds in Bomar's portfolio and demonstrates our ability to manage complex, multi-phase residential construction at scale.
Coordinating the construction of 240 residential units alongside multiple amenity buildings required meticulous phasing, scheduling, and subcontractor management. The project demanded consistent quality standards across a large number of individual units while maintaining aggressive construction timelines. Managing the site logistics of a large multi-building residential campus — with multiple trades working concurrently across different buildings — required experienced, hands-on project management throughout construction.
Bomar developed a detailed phasing plan that allowed early building completions to begin while later phases were still under construction — optimizing the overall schedule and allowing the owner to begin lease-up ahead of full project completion. Our established relationships with residential subcontractors in the Volusia County market ensured consistent labor quality across all 240 units. The amenity buildings — clubhouses and pool areas — were prioritized in the schedule to support the marketing and leasing program. Daily site supervision and weekly OCA reporting kept the owner fully informed of progress throughout the multi-year project.
Eagle Landings Apartments was delivered as a fully realized residential community with 240 units, two fully equipped clubhouses, and resort-style pools.
